I had two broken sprinkler heads. I tested the system, turned it off, and called them. They came to my house, said I had three broken sprinklers. I agreed, just so I wouldn't get in an argument. Then the off site foreman calls saying my whole computer system needed to be replaced. I told them that I had tested the sprinklers, like I do every couple of weeks to make sure I'm not wasting water and that the computer is working fine. That I could go show his people how to use it if they need help. He then said that it was a mistake.

In less than two months, one of the sprinklers they installed is now completely dislodged (the one that didn't even need to be replaced, to add insult to injury)... Don't use this company, unless it's for emergency work and you know what you're buying. They do bad work, they will try to con you.

Pros: office people were nice, service was fast. It fixed the immediate problem for the time being.

Cons: like fast food, you're not getting good value. They do bad work. Unlike fast food, they will try steal from you and find extra things to charge for.
